Dark in Dover
Among the state facilities that will be going dark tonight is Woodburn, the Governor's Mansion. Brian Selander, a spokesman for Gov. Jack Markell, said no special events are planned at Woodburn to mark the worldwide event. But the house will go dark for an hour starting at 8:30 p.m.
Earth Hour started three years ago and now millions of people around the world participate by turning off lights for one hour.
